DESCRIPTION:<p></p><p style="text-align: center;"></p><p><span>As part of <a href="https://www.lesherartscenter.org/events/fiesta-cultural" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Fiesta Cultural</a>, the Lesher Center is proud to present a screening of <strong><em>AINBO: Spirit of the Amazon</em>&nbsp;</strong>in the Lesher Center’s 150-seat Vukasin Theater!&nbsp;<br><br><strong>Film description: <br><em></em></strong><em>Ainbo: Spirit of the Amazon</em> (2021) is a Peruvian animated fantasy film about an adventurous young girl who discovers her homeland is threatened by illegal miners, loggers, and a dark ancestral spirit known as the Yacuruna. Joined by her spirit animal guides—a comical armadillo named Dillo and an oversized tapir named Vaca—she sets off on a quest to the giant turtle Motelo Mama to save her jungle paradise.
