Janine Ellis returns to Bedford Gallery for an evening of yoga and soul soothing sound healing to nourish the spirit and awaken the senses. Through mindful movement and immersive sound, invite wonder into the body, joy into each breath, and harmony into the heart all set amongst the expressive achromatic works of the Bedford’s exhibition Beyond Color: The Language of Black and White. This restorative experience offers a unique opportunity to explore balance through contrast within the art, and within yourself. As the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, Native American flute, ocean drum, and gong ripple through the gallery, the boundaries between movement, sound, and visual art softly dissolve into one harmonious whole. Janine has guided yoga, meditation, and sound healing for over 35 years.
